Protecting your account
Ambera’s web application requires authentication to access account records. Account permissions and care relationships determine the information available to each person. Having a professional account does not give someone access to every client.
Use your own sign-in and keep passwords, verification codes, and recovery details private. Recent authentication is required for sensitive actions such as available personal-data downloads and deletion scheduling.
Using this website
Ambera’s public website uses HTTPS, serves its own page scripts and images, and restricts how active content can load. Public pages do not request access to your camera, microphone, or precise device location.
Contact and demo forms use an email delivery service when online sending is available. If a form reports that sending is unavailable, use the displayed support email; the form has not confirmed delivery. Do not include passwords, payment details, medical records, or other sensitive patient information.
No security measure can guarantee the absence of risk. This page does not represent a security certification or establish that a particular professional relationship is covered by HIPAA.
Report a concern
Email support@amberahealth.com with the affected URL and a concise description. Use your own non-sensitive information if describing steps to reproduce a problem.
Do not access another person’s account, collect their information, or disrupt the service to demonstrate a concern. This page does not grant testing authorization or offer a bounty.
Shared devices and confidential information
For users aged 13–17 as well as adults, lock-screen notifications, Live Activities, open sessions, downloads, and printed exports can disclose sensitive information. Review both application preferences and device settings, and sign out of devices you do not control.
End-to-end encrypted messaging protects message content within its supported messaging flow; it does not make every Ambera record end-to-end encrypted or prevent an authorized recipient from copying information. Password recovery does not guarantee recovery of encryption keys or message history.
