What counts as an active client?
Room for the next relationship
When a relationship becomes inactive, it stops using active capacity. Relationship history and the person’s account are separate from the capacity calculation.
Supported backup care
An invited backup doula or midwife does not need a paid primary-client plan solely for that assignment. Their access follows the assignment’s permissions.

What is included?
Tools are tailored to your professional role. A higher capacity tier allows more active linked clients; it does not unlock a different set of core tools or privacy controls.
Do web and iPhone purchases use the same billing channel?
No. Web subscriptions are purchased through Stripe; supported iPhone purchases use Apple. Your account’s verified subscription determines access. Availability and displayed pricing can differ by store or region. Check existing billing before starting another subscription.
How do I cancel or change a plan?
Open Billing in your account and use the original purchase channel. Review the timing, renewal, and capacity requirements shown before confirming a change. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account.
What if my organization needs more?
Request a demo to discuss organizational scope and capacity. An enterprise agreement is separate from a retail professional subscription.
