Prepare for birth

One place to prepare.

Bring the details you want to discuss into a conversation with your care team.

  • Create and revisit structured birth preferences.
  • Use your hospital-bag list to keep track of what is packed.
  • Record contraction timing and share permitted status through Labor Circle. These tools do not assess labor clinically.

Start with yourself.

  1. Create your personal account.

Your account belongs to you. It is free, whether or not you connect a care professional.

  2. Choose the tools you need.

Keep appointments, record a check-in, explore a lesson, or prepare for birth.

  3. Connect your care team.

Use your professional’s invitation code and review the connection before confirming. Their plan covers their active linked clients.

Learning for your questions.

Find courses and lessons in your Learning Center. Save your progress and bring questions to your next care conversation.

Connection with clarity.

Do I need to pay to connect a professional?

Your personal account is free. Professional plans cover the professional’s active linked clients. You do not buy a professional plan to receive support.

Is this a shared family login?

No. The personal account belongs to the person receiving care. Each person uses their own sign-in; a family relationship does not automatically give someone access to health information.

Is every journal entry visible to my care team?

Personal entries and daily check-ins have different sharing behavior. Check the audience in the app: personal entries can be private or shared, while daily check-ins are shared care information.
