Information in your Ambera account
Privacy & Data brings together profile correction links, care relationships, journal and check-in sharing information, location controls, and available personal-data downloads.
The downloadable file contains selected records your signed-in account is permitted to access. It does not include every message, attachment, billing record, or other person’s information. For a broader request, contact support. Sensitive actions can require a recent sign-in.
Account security and notifications
Manage your password, sign-in details, and sessions through account security. You can also review notification preferences in Ambera.
Camera, microphone, photos, and location permissions can be managed in your device or browser settings. Device permissions and the audience for information you share are separate choices. Review sharing controls in Privacy & Data.
Consumer health data
Pregnancy records, check-ins, messages, and location can reveal health information. Learn about the information involved, its uses and recipients, and how to ask about your rights.
Contact about privacy
Email support@amberahealth.com with the kind of help you need. Please do not send passwords, identification documents, precise location, medical records, or another person’s information in your initial message.
We may need to confirm your identity or authority before acting on an account-specific request. Rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to your request.
Policies and notices
Read how Ambera handles information, the terms for using the service, and the options available to you.
For users aged 13–17 and their representatives
Ambera supports users aged 13 and older, including pregnant teens. Parent or guardian involvement and access depend on the applicable law and circumstances; neither is automatic for every record. Paying for an account or being a family member does not establish unrestricted access.
Use your own sign-in. Check care-team recipients before sharing, treat daily check-ins as shared information, and review notification and lock-screen settings on shared devices. Downloads, printed records, messages, and location updates may reveal confidential information.
For a representative request, recovery problem, deletion request, or concern about confidential pregnancy information, contact support without attaching sensitive records. We may need to verify identity and legal authority before acting. Tell us if a particular reply channel is unsafe; avoid describing confidential care in an initial email.
